I’ll be heading out to India for the second time in January 2019.
I will be at CrossTrain Academy in Delhi, the best jiujitsu and Mma team in Delhi, India.
This camp will be an alternating GI and NOGI with an emphasis in helping those competing in the ADCC India Championships prepare for the competition.
I had the opportunity to win the east coast trials in 2016 and compete in the 2017 adcc championships in Finland, so I hope to incorporate a training routine that will complement the rules and at the same time add to everyone’s game.
Although I didn’t compete in Adcc 2019 in Anaheim, I was training as though I was going to be in the tournament. I guess I was hoping for the possibility of invitation. This time around I made some very specific changes to my training routine as a result of my experiences in 2017. I will be bringing that routine with me to India this January.
Crosstrain is always a great place to be. In my travels through New Delhi, India I’ve found their academy to be friendly, technical, and fun. Everyone there makes training a priority and incorporates the practice of jiujitsu and martial arts into their daily life.
I will be posting a daily vlog on my YouTube channel and some blog posts here and there.
