Every Friday at El Dorado Hills Brazilian Jiu Jitsu we haves 6 to 7p.m. wrestling and takedown class followed by at 7 to 8p.m. Q&A jujitsu class.
As an excuse to listen to some Bollywood music we’ve dubbed Friday night classes as Bollywood night. This year my birthday happens to fall on a Friday and I realize every Friday is basically what I would like to be doing on my birthday. I’m really lucky to have a career that feels like I’m at a party every Friday with friends and people I enjoy spending time with.
