I just wanted to say Merry Christmas to everyone and wish you all a Season’s Beatings! LOL This is a fun little post done by my sponsor AK BJJ .
I like to spend the few days between Christmas and the New Year on looking back at the goals I set for myself in 2017, and establish/renew any goals I might have for 2018. This down time that I have is important because it helps me reflect, think, and make a plan for the future. A big mistake people make is only looking at the next year. I like to look back on the last few years, and the next few years. This allows me to look at not just the narrow few years around my current life but also the bigger “life” picture.
At EDH Jiu Jitsu we have a few worksheets to complement the new year. The activities are optional but have a positive effect on the implementation of their jiu jitsu training as well as their life off the mat.
One thing I know for certain is that I want to write a minimum of 5 posts a week on my blog. It’s not too difficult to do when I’m on break, but when I’m back to teaching Japanese and competing or training hard it can get rather difficult. BUT I welcome the challenge and look forward to pushing myself in the realm of blogging.
