Mat Mind 094 Leadership – Coaching Strategies – Embracing the Grind


In this episode of Mat Mind I got to talk with Jeremiah Jarvis about his experiences coaching and competing as a division one wrestler and as an international level wrestler in greco-roman wrestling and freestyle wrestling.

Jeremiah Jarvis was a 2x Pac-10 finalist and 1x Champion, and 3x NCAA qualifier. Jeremiah continued to wrestle after graduating from UC Davis in both greco roman wrestling and freestyle wrestling. He found success placing third at the Dave Schultz Memorial and competing in the U.S. Senior Nationals (the qualifier for the world and olympic team).
