TATAMI PORTUGUESE 001. Officially getting started with some private lessons to better learn some Brazilian Portuguese. I’ve been around Jiu-Jitsu for about 8 years now and I know and recognize phrases or words here and there, especially after a tournament weekend. However, I’ve never had the opportunity to do some casual, fun, and sorta serious learning. My instructor here is Pedro, (OBRIGADO!!!) and I hope to have many instructors as I figure out a way to continue with my studies. Below are my notes from the lesson.
