Mat Mind 093 Goal Setting and Self Assessment with Olympian Quincy Clark

I’ve been taking some private lessons with 2000 US Olympian in Greco Roman Wrestling Quincy Clark. I was lucky enough to have him as a coach while I was a student at UC Davis, and now that I’m a little older, I appreciate his coaching and knowledge even more. He is a wealth of knowledge and doesn’t hesitate to share everything in his coaching.

A great quote from our chat:

“When you are STRONG but get tired you aren’t strong any more, when you are FAST and get tired you aren’t fast any more , when you are TECHNICAL and get tired you aren’t technical anymore.”
